| 摘 要： | 为了确保奥运会的安全，公安机关努力巩固与完善社会治安防控体系，夯实反恐斗争的治安基础。但从总体情况看，单位内部治安保卫工作的现状与反恐斗争形势的要求之间仍然存在很大距离。因此，必须通过优化“三防”结构、完善反恐体制与加强反恐情报工作等途径加强治安防范，提升反恐能力。

| Abstract: | In order to ensure safety of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,public security organs have made great efforts to strengthen and develop the social peace order prevention system for anti - terrorism.From a whole situation of view,the outstanding problem in inner security of units is that some principals of units can't understand the relation between the prevention and anti- terrorism.Therefore,we should optimize the prevention structure and strengthen information works to heighten our ability of anti - terrorism. |
