| Abstract: | Ideological and political work is our party＇s fine tradition and political advantage, is an important part of prison work, and plays a very important function. In the new period, it has ＂political, ideological and practical＂ three dimensions, and possesses six features adjustment. Therefore, fully understanding as ＂assurance, guidance, cohesion, motivation, transformation, and the function of the ideological and political work is of great significance for the prison police to cast the soul and strengthen the base. |
