| 摘 要： | 在社会主义市场经济条件下,随着高等教育的改革和发展,传统的高校学生管理工作面临着严峻的挑战。文中试从分析新形势下学校外部环境、学生主体、学校及高等教育改革的现状出发,指出新形势下高校学生管理工作应树立以人为本的管理理念,大力加强思想政治教育工作,积极探索适应时代要求的高校学生管理模式,改革和创新高校学生管理工作。

| Abstract: | As the development of the socialist market economy and educational reform,the traditional management of college students are facing severe challenges.Based on status quo of the educational reform in new situation like college external environment,students,colleges,etc.,this paper points out the concept of the people-oriented management,the significance of ideological and political education,the importance of exploring a new management model and innovation of managing college students. |
