浅论我国的违宪审查制度

违宪审查制度是国家权力行使过程中的一种基本纠错机制,是宪法正常运行的基本保障,对维护宪法的权威、发挥宪法的功能具有重要意义。但目前我国还不存在真正意义上的违宪审查制度,这是我国推进依法治国战略的一大障碍。应借鉴他国建立违宪审查模式的经验,结合我国具体情况,尽快建立我国的违宪审查制度。

The System of Constitutional Review in China

The system of constitutional review is for ensuring the implementation of the constitution,for examination and correction carried on activity of constitutional review.The system is error-correcting mechanism in the course of state power.It is the guarantee of normal running of constitution,and it's significant to the authority of maintaining constitution.But this mechanism does not exist at present.There is hindrance to promotion which runs the country according to law.The article involves the reference examining the mode to various constitutional reviews and puts forward the feasible route to set up the system of constitutional review.
