On the Class Action Reforms of the United States and Its Inspiration

In order to control the abuse of the class action,the United States successfully carried out a series of reforms on the class action legislation in the past several decades.The function of China's group litigation could not be exerted,because of the limitation of jurisdiction policy,the limitation of the system's design,and the absence of investigation on the civil litigation theory.China should use for reference the class action on three aspects:the legislation theory,the legislation techniques,and the relevant core rules.
