摘    要:在激励契约中选择何种绩效衡量标准是代理理论的一个核心问题.绩效标准差异导致声誉异质性,影响激励机制的发挥.运用绩效标准模型的结论对中国大学教师绩效衡量标准差异性进行探讨,有利于人力资源的流动,有利于整个学术水平的提高.

Abstract:Choosing what kind of achievements and performance standard in inspiring contract has become the key problem for agency theory.The difference between achievements and performance standards will lead to the difference of fame and prevent the inspiration mechanism from having a full play.It is helpful to the flowing of human resources and does good to the improvement of the overall academic level to explore into the disparity between the achievements and performance standards judging Chinese University teachers' working efficiency by applying the conclusion of achievements and performance standard mode.
