| 摘 要： | 高科技园区中各组织之间的联系促进产业的集聚,而产业集群促进技术创新。由于形成机制的先天缺陷、忽略技术环境的构筑、产业群产业雷同等,我国的高新区在发展中暴露出一些问题。建议制定引导和鼓励产业集群的政策,建立区内相互依存的产业体系,培养区域创新文化。

| Abstract: | The contacts between organizations promote the cluster of the industries and the industrial cluster promotes the technological innovation. For the congenital deficiencies of the forming mechanism, the neglect of the construction of the technological environment and the similarity of the industries, there are some problems in the course of the development of high-tech industry development zone. This paper advises making the policies guiding and encouraging the clusters of the industries, setting up the interdependent industrial system and fostering the culture of innovation in the zone. |
