| 摘 要： | 医患矛盾的加剧使得近年来我国恶性伤医事件不断发生,本文以2007年以来多起产生较大社会负面影响恶性伤医事件的处理结果为视角对现阶段我国医务人员权利保护状况加以分析。同时结合实地调查与相关法律规范的解读,本文在明确现有医院投诉管理制度存在缺陷的基础上,就医院投诉管理部门更好地在加强医患沟通中发挥作用提出建议。

| Abstract: | The intensified doctor-patient conflicts nowadays results in the malignant wounds medical events. Tis paper analyze the rights protection of medical personnel based on Malignant wounds Medical Event Tracking since 2007. Combined with field surveys and the interpretation of the relevant legislation, this paper finds out the defaults of the hospital complaints management system, and gives suggestions on how to make the hospital complaint-manag- ing department work more effectively. |
