| 摘 要： | 地方卫生立法是国家法制建设的重要组成部分和卫生事业发展的制度保障。笔者通过对徐州市地方卫生立法工作的总结，提出完善地方卫生立法关键是强化地方立法特色、遵循卫生事业发展的规律、规范立法程序。不断提升地方卫生立法工作水平，发挥地方立法的价值，促进卫生事业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Local health legislation plays an important part of our country＇s legal system and guarantees healthsystem development. Through a summary of the local health legislation of Xuzhou City, the author proposes the keyof sound local health legislation. It includes the following strengthening the local characteristics, following the lawof health system development, and standardizing the legislative process. By constantly improving the level of localhealth legislation and fully playing the value of local legislation, the health system would be promoted the sound development. |
