| 摘 要： | 罪名定义是定义的一种特殊形式。论述定义的种差 ,归纳了刑法中罪名定义的三种逻辑形式 (联合式、选择式和综合式 )以及这三种罪名定义的逻辑特点 ,指出外延定义的谬误。
