| Abstract: | The urban and rural dual land system hindered the social mobility of the farmer class,is the institutional obstacles of farmers` transformation.Reform of the rural land property rights system and land requisition system,promoting the circulation of the right to operate of agricultural land,and trying to establish land mutual funds,is a realistic choice to promote farmers becoming townspeople. |
