| 摘 要： | 从干部向领导人才概念转变过程中,学习邓小平干部教育思想,对我国领导教育理念有重要启示。要树立领导人才资源第一的观念;树立领导人才教育工作服从服务于全面建设小康社会的观念;领导人才教育要树立“人的全面发展”的观念;树立领导人才教育工作面向世界、面向未来、面向现代化的观念;领导人才教育要树立终身学习的观念。

| Abstract: | In the process of transformation from a cadre into a leading talented person,our country should develop the educational concept such as attaching primary importance to leading talent resources,serving the full construction of moderately well-off society,all-round development of people and a sense of lifelong learning.What's more,the education of leadership should be oriented towards the whole world,future and modernization. |
