| 摘 要： | "珠三角"是我同经济改革开放的最前沿,也是我国经济最为活跃的区域.时代及经济的发展促使"珠三角"不断扩大自己的腹地,推动与周边省区和珠江流域各省区的经济合作,构筑一个优势互补、市场广阔的区域经济体系.中共中央政治局委员、广东省委书记张德江于2003年7月首次提出"泛珠三角"这个概念,并逐渐得到了各省区的积极响应,从而实现从小珠三角到大珠三角的飞跃.
