| 摘 要： | In 2009, under the leadership of the CPC Centra] Committee and the State Council, the people of all nationalities of China, taking as the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of Three Represents, implemented earnestly the scientific approach to the economic and social development, carefully put into effect the proactive fiscal policy and moderately easy monetary policy, and carried out the package of plans and policies aiming at dealing with the international financial crisis in an all-round way. National economy recov ered and was poised to a good direction and all social undertakings achieved new progress.
