国内关于安全是否具有主观性的分歧和争论

国内关于“安全”概念的研究有两种倾向:一是根据在国际上具有语言霸主地位的英文来解释和定义,或者直接引用以英文为工作语言的西方学者的观点来解释和定义;另一种则是根据汉语语词和逻辑要求来解释和定义,并认为这种定义和解释才具有科学性。这两种不同观点的分歧和争论,已经成为国家安全研究不可回避的一个基础性理论问题。虽然在语言学的意义上,对“SECURITY”做出具有主观性的解释是完全成立的,但这种解释仅仅适用于“SECURITY”,而不适用于“安全”,并且这种解释仅仅是一种词典意义上的“释词”,而不是科学意义上的“定义”。

Difference and Dispute on Subjectivity of Security

The domestic study on `security' shows two trends, first,to explain and define it according to English that is holding an international commanding position or by directly quoting the point of view of(Western) learners whose working language is English,second,to explain and define it on the basis of requests of Chinese words and logic,which is considered as the scientific explanation.Therefore,unavoidably the(difference) and dispute above have appeared as a basic theoretical problem on the study of national security.When it comes to the linguistics,the subjective explanation for `security' sounds reasonable,but it's only a paraphrase based on a dictionary,it's by no means the definition in scientific terms.
