| 摘 要： | 未成年人中无民事行为能力人的年龄界限与一人公司的规制问题是我国民事主体法律制度的重要组成部分 ,随着社会经济文化水平的大力提高 ,我国民法应以 8周岁作为未成人无民事行为能力人的年龄标准 ,公司法应对一人公司作出全面而统一的规定 ,以克服现行法的缺陷

| Abstract: | The main component of the civil subject of our law system is the age limit for the minors having no capacity for civil conduct and the stipulations over one-person company.With the increasing of the social economic and cultural level, both our Civil Law and Corporation Law are required to compose comprehensive and unified terms,separately over the age limit that age of eight is taken as minors having no capacity for civil conduct, and one-person company in an effort to eliminate the imperfections of the law currently in force. |
