| 摘 要： | 培养与打造更多的"儒警",是当前公安队伍建设的重要课题."儒警"的文化内涵应当涵盖中国传统文化的有益成分与现代警察自身的职业特征两个方面.人本主义为其核心,儒雅、端庄为其外表,丰富的知识为其内在素养,沉着果敢与勇猛为其作风,优良的道德品质为其立身之本."儒警"的培养也必须从多层次、全方位入手,经过长期的磨练而成.

| Abstract: | How to foster more scholarly policemen is an very important task for the construction of police team.Cultural connotation of the scholarly police covers two aspects,namely,the beneficial facts of Chinese traditional culture and the professional characteristics of modern policemen.A scholarly policeman should be of humanism with elegant appearance,rich knowledge,good virtue and a cool-headed work style.Cultivation of the learned police must start from different administrative levels and directions to temper during a long period. |
