我国入世后经济犯罪发展趋势与经侦人才的培养

我国入世后,诈骗型经济犯罪、营利型经济犯罪、占有型经济犯罪将更加突出,利用计算机技术进行网上经济犯罪将更加普遍,在我国境内进行经济犯罪的外国人将越来越多。但目前经侦队伍中存在着不熟悉世贸规则、刑事法律、经济业务、计算机技术和外国语言等与经济犯罪发展趋势不相适应的问题。因此,应当加强在职经侦民警的岗位培训,鼓励其自学成才、实践成才,同时办好高校经侦专业,从而培养出更多的适应经侦斗争需要的经侦人才。

The Tendency of Economic Crimes After Our Entry into the WTO and Training Qualified Personnel of Economic Investigation

After our entry into the WTO,some kinds of economic crimes will get more serious;on-line economic crimes by using comput-er technology will become more common;more foreigners will commit economic crimes in our country.However,the quality of our eco-nomic investigation troops can't meet the need of this situation,hence we should not only strengthen on-the job training of the economic investigation police but also improve the specialty of economic investigation in universities for the purpose of training more qualified per-sonnel to fight against the crime.
