| Abstract: | The article firstly explores the concept of civil review procedure(CRP) and reviews the main categories of two major legal systems in the world.Then it discusses the layering reasoning and main purposes of CRP in related countries,and analyses the plight of CRP and reform efforts in these countries.The article finally proposes some suggestions to perfect the CRP in our country. |
