摘    要:班主任是培训工作的具体组织者、协调者和实施者,做好青干班班主任工作,需要班主任提升培训理念,务实创新,把工作做精、做细、做实。工作中要注意全局、细节、节点,提升对培训过程的掌控力;要注重团队、文化、作风建设,提升班次内涵;同时要注重强化自身素质,做一名合格的班主任。

Abstract:Head teachers are actual organizers, coordinators and implementers of training classes. In order to do their work well in long and medium--term class training, head teachers must update their training concepts, try to be pragmatic and inno- vative and make their work fine and practical. While so doing, they should focus their attention on the work as a whole, its de- tails and key points and enhance their control over the training. They must also concentrate themselves on team building tural construction and study style development of the training classes and enrich the connotation of each class.
