摘 要: | 幼教人员继续教育课程教学虽然与一般意义上的学校教育课程教学有着极大的不同,但是,就本质而言,它们是一致的.幼教人员作为一个特殊的教师群体,其职业特点既有与一般教师的相同之处,又有其特殊的职业特征.
