国有企业员工工作倦怠分析及建议

摘    要:由于长年不变的工作内容和计划经济的后续影响,国有企业职工普遍存在"工作倦怠"的心理,严重影响了企业的创新和高效发展。工作倦怠的主要原因包括:人力资源配置不够合理、绩效考核体系尚需完善、职业生涯规划设计不足等。作为国家主要经济基础的国有企业需要针对员工倦怠的现象,采取积极应对措施。要做好工作岗位分析,实现人岗合理配置;加强绩效考核管理,实现正面激励作用;因人而异,做好不同人员应对倦怠的工作。

Abstract:Because of the never changing job and post--effect of the planned economy, employees in state--owned enterpri- ses are suffering job burnout which greatly blocked the innovative and efficient development of the enterprises. The causes for job burnout are as follows: unrational human resources allocation,imperfect performance review system,improper career plan- ning. As the foundation of national economy,the state--owned enterprises must take effective measures to deal with job burn- out of their employees, for example,analyse the job positions and make rational job allocation, improve the positive inspiration of performance review management,handle different kinds of job burnout respectively.
