中小企业融资问题浅析

无论在发达国家还是在发展中国家,中小企业是现代市场经济必不可少的重要组成部分,它在创造社会财富、增加税收、促进科技进步、缓解失业、扩大出口等方面有着特殊的地位与作用,蕴涵着创新精神。然而,在实际经营中却处于融资弱势的不对称地位,融资约束已成为制约中小企业发展的瓶颈。通过分析我国中小企业融资的现状,分析我国中小企业融资难的各种原因,对缓解我国中小企业融资难的问题提出了各种对策和建议。

Analysis of SME Financing

No matter in developed countries or in developing countries,Small-and medium-sized enterprises（ ＂SMEs＂ for short）is an important part of the modern market economy.It plays an important role and shows the special position in creating social wealth,increasing taxes,promoting the progress of science and technology,releasing the employment pressure,expanding export,etc,and which also contains the spirit of innovation.However,SMEs is weak and been in the asymmetric status of financing in the actual operation.The financing constraint has already become the bottleneck of SMEs development.By analyzing the realistic situation of SMEs＇ financing in our country,the article expounds sorts of reasons about financing difficulties for our SMEs and provides kinds of suggestions and solutions for it.
