中国石化企业文化建设的现状、问题和对策

摘    要:为了把企业文化建设成为企业核心竞争力,中国石化加强企业文化建设的对策和措施,第一,将企业文化核心理念具体到企业的习俗和礼仪中,把企业习俗和礼仪当作企业文化的基础工程来建设。第二,按照企业形象识别系统(CIS)全面改造企业文化核心理念。第三,进行企业文化整合。第四,开展企业文化核心理念建设审计活动。第五,加强企业文化系统管理。第六,从企业文化建设到构建文化型企业,再到企业美学管理,让企业文化成为企业发展的原动力。

Abstract:In order to convert the corporation culture to core competitiveness, Sinopec has strengthened countermeasures and measures of corporation culture building:Firstly, specify the core concept of corporation culture to the corporate customs and manners as the foundation. Secondly, reiorm corporation culture core idea in accordance with the corporation identity sys- tem (CIS). Thirdly, integrate corporation culture. Fourthly, audit the corporation culture core idea. Fifthly, strengthen cul- ture systematization. Sixthly, build culture--type corporation to aesthetic management.
