| 摘 要： | 1975年邓小平的全面整顿开启了中国改革之春的短暂序幕,由于当时严峻的国内形势,使全面整顿极具特色:明确且灵活的思想指导,坚持并改善党的领导,始终坚持走群众路线,坚持"先试点,后推广"的整顿原则。而2014年是全面深化改革的开局之年,阐明其全面整顿的历史特色,能为全面深化改革提供一定的现实启示。

| Abstract: | The overall rectification in 1975 opened a prelude to DENG Xiaoping＆#39;s reform of China.It has the following dis-tinct characteristics due to the grim situation：clear and flexible guiding ideology,adhere to and improve the party＆#39;s leadership, always adhere to the mass line and the principle of＆quot;promotion after pilot＆quot;.As 2014 is the first year of comprehensively deepe-ning the reform,clarifying the historical features of overall rectification will provide some reality enlightenment. |
