| Abstract: | The ideological and political work is the ＂lifeline＂ of enterprise.With the oil company＇s mode,the marketization degree is deeper,the demands for the ideological quality,professional level and psychological quality of the staff will be higher.So our ideological and political work will be demanding much better.Provided that our ideological and political work is done pragmatically,meticulously,truly and flexibly.Our employees＇ work enthusiasm will be aroused,and the sustainable and harmonious development will be promoted. |
