企业基层思想政治工作方法探究

Now the ideological and political work in petroleum enterprises faces a serial of problems,such as idea diversification,value differentiation,internal contradictions complication,and negative working attitude,so we must strengthen and improve ideological and political work and take the following measures.We should pay more attention to identity of enterprise value,center working of enterprise,solving practical problems,educational guide of employee,innovation of operation mechanism,and construction of administrative team.We need to build the ideological and political work team of special or parttime job as the backbone,and to form a big political work pattern participated by staff and workers,which can provide powerful ideological guarantee to the innovation and development of petroleum enterprise.
