| 摘 要： | 司法社工是近年来在上海等国内大城市出现的一项新兴行业,他们运用社会工作的专业方法和技巧,为处在违法犯罪边缘的社区特殊人群提供服务.在推进社工职业化建设的进程中,社工机构作为新社会组织相继建立了工会,开展了工会工作.司法社工行业的工会工作既属于新时期"两新"组织工建的范畴,又紧密地结合了社会工作职业的特点.

| Abstract: | Legal and social work,which can provide services to the particular persons through professional method and skill of social work,is a new industry in our domestic big cities in recent years.In the process of professionalization of social work,trade union has been established gradually in social work organizations. According to the characteristics of social work,trade union work in the field of legal and social work is improving constantly. |
