| 摘 要： | 企业社会责任是企业对非股东利益相关者之权益承担的、外化为一些不可取消的标准的当为与必为,它包括道德责任与法律责任。尽管社会责任的承担和谋取利润最大化之间有矛盾,但无论基于工具理性还是价值理性而言,企业都应当承担社会责任。

| Abstract: | The "CSR" means obligate accountability and liability embodied into criteria that a business enterprise undertakes to make for the non-shareholders'rights and benefits, including moral responsibility and legal responsibilities. In spite of the antinomy between undertaking social responsibility and maximizing profit, a business enterprise should still be exposed to assume social responsibility, whether according to pragmatic reasonableness or axiological reasonableness. |
