There is a close affinity between the postcolonialist theory and the western feminist literary criticism.The common goal shared by feminism as the speech of the disadvantaged group and by postcoloialism is to rewrite the traditional perception of"Subject/Other"After its subjection to the postcolonialist influence,the most conspicuous development about the feminist criticism is the rise of feminism in the Third World.The feminist criticism in the postcolonialist culture will have to re -formulate its theory on a new level-- - a theory whose core lies in formulating a"double-voice speech"on the basis of equal dialogue.
