| 摘 要： | 县城经济发展与农村基层组织建设的关系极为密切。一方面,县域经济快速、健康、全面发展需要农村基层组织的有力支持和社会保证;另一方面,农村基层组织要建设好、完善好必须依靠县域经济的大发展,为其提供物质力量和发展思路,在县域经济发展和农村基层组织建设问题上,必须重视研究各自的个性,特点及其发展规律,探索两者有序、健康、协调发展的正确方式、方法和道路.

| Abstract: | The relations between county economic development and primary organizational building of countryside are very close. On one hand, the former depends much on the firm support and social assurance from the latter; On the other hand, the latter must rely on the former to provide it with material force and development direction. At present, we should study the characteristic and the law of development of each one, and discover a right way for the both two to develop coordinatively. |
