| 摘 要： | 鉴于前苏联、东欧社会主义国家共产党丧失政权的经验教训，必须加强对党的执政战略的研究。要实现党的执政战略，广大共产党员和领导干部必须重视提高自己的理论水平和领导水平，随时注意把它同党的执政战略联系起来。

| Abstract: | Learning from the lesson of pre-Soviet Union and the socialist countries in East Europe where the communist parties lost their power, we must strengthen the study of party's ruling strategy. To realize the party's ruling strategy, the party members and leading cadres must pay attention to the improvement of their theoretical level and level of leadership, trying at any time to connect it with the party's ruling strategy. |
