未成年人网络保护立法的理论探索

网络的出现和普及 ,使未成年人网络保护成为一个新兴的法律问题。但从我国现有的法律规定来看 ,尚不完善。为保障未成年人健康利用网络 ,远离网络的负面影响 ,防止在网络接触中合法权益遭侵犯 ,应该尽快根据我国国情 ,并借鉴国外经验 ,加快未成年人网络保护立法的探索。

A Theoretical Inquiry into the Legislation for Protecting Juveniles in Network

Emergence and popularity of network has arose a new legal problem-to protect juveniles in network however, it is imperfect in our current legal regulations. In order to ensure the juveniles to make use of network healthily, to stay away from its negative influences and to prevent their legal rights from being infringed when contacting network, we should quicken the research on legislation for protecting juveniles in network as soon as possible according to our national situation and by borrowing foreign experiences.
