权力异化与腐败

我国社会正从农业社会向工业社会转型,“官本位”和“金本位”并存,公共权力异化导致严重的腐败。腐败模式从“权力主导型”向“金钱主导型”过渡,威胁着中国政治制度的基础。权力异化有其产生和存在的历史与现实根源,我们要从源头上防止和消除权力腐败。

Authority Dissimilation and Corruption

The society of our country is making the transition from the agricultural society to the industrial society.The Officialdom Standard and Money Standard coexist,and the dissimilation of public power causes the serious corruption.The corrupt pattern approaches from the authority- oriented type to the money-oriented type,and is threatening the foundation of Chinese political system.The dissimilation of power has its history of origination and existence,as well as the re- alistic root.We must prevent and eliminate the authority corruption from the headstream.
