| 摘 要： | 警察权是国家赋予公安机关及人民警察的神圣权力，但有极少数警察，将治安行政管理权、刑事执法权等公权力私有化，知法犯法，执法犯法，严重侵犯了国家、社会、公民的合法权益，究其原因主要是警察权力过宽、权力滥用、权力交叉和权力扩张等原因造成的。

| Abstract: | Police power is solemn power given by state to public security organs and police.However a small number of police privatized some public power such as security administration and criminal law enforcement.Knowing the law but breaking the law and enforcing the law but breaking the law violated the legitimate rights of the country,the society and the citizen.They are caused mainly by the wide police power,the abuse of the power,crossed power and power expansion. |
