我国复杂的民族状况决定了在我国少数民族地区实施犯罪控制的特殊性及难度，宗教因素作为一种“地方性知识”应当在我国民族地区发挥预防犯罪的社会控制作用。本文拟从基本范畴界定、宗教在我国民族地区犯罪社会控制中的运行方式、宗教控制少数民族地区犯罪可行性、宗教对于我国少数民族地区犯罪社会控制的意义几个方面对宗教对我国少数民族地区犯罪的社会控制作用问题作一个阐述。
