| Abstract: | The duty crime is the serious dereliction behavior.It is the manifestation of corruption centralism.It severely impairs not only people's life and property,also the country's political and economical order,and it harms the realization of the harmonious society.It is the biggest barrier of the harmonious social foundation.It is necessary to research the characteristic and the reason of the duty crime and the preventive measure for the duty crime. |
