| Abstract: | This paper comments on the case of ＂Dallah Real Estate and Tourism Holding Company v The Ministry of Religious Affairs,Government of Pakistan＂ made by the Court of Appeal of U.K.,analyses the conditions of the Court‘s discretions on recognition and enforcement of the foreign arbitral awards.The authors believe that this case could be contemplated when the contracting states of the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Abitral Awards apply the same to recognize and enforce the foreign arbitral awards. |
