TRIPs Agreements is the external motive power to form enterprises mechanism which bring forth new ideas in the technology,the foundation of the Chinese legal protection of intellectual property, as well as the turning point to strengthen the legal enforcement of intellectual property, According to the requirements of TRIPs A-greements in WTO, we should reform the judicial methods of intellectual property further, perfect the evidencial system,establish the protective mechanism of economic safety,and confirm damages liability of intellectual property.
