| 摘 要： | 质押式国债回购中质押登记规则的缺漏使国债现券的质押功能基本丧失。我国应当建立以限制国债现券处分权为目的的质押登记,该登记为以国债现券为质押物的质押权成立的要件。质押登记应当是可便捷投资人查询的。

| Abstract: | In pledging T-bond(Treasury bond) repurchase,the lack of pledge registration rules makes the function of the ready certificate of T-bond lost primarily.Pledge registration should be provided to limit the disposal right to ready certificate of T-bond and considered as the element of the establishment of pledge right to the ready certificate of T-bond,and must be convenient for investors to inquiry. |
