| 摘 要： | 随着科技进步和生产力的不断发展,生产社会化的程度日益提高,经济联系和社会关系日趋复杂,管理的重要性越来越明显。本文阐述了以人为本的管理内涵、精髓和机制,强调以人为本的管理思想将使企业在吸纳人才并最大限度的发挥人力资源的潜能方面起到决定性作用。
