| 摘 要： | 当前 ,黑社会性质的有组织犯罪已深入到社会的各个层面 ,严重危害了社会的稳定。在中国 ,黑社会性质的有组织犯罪的出现和发展有着极其复杂的原因和条件 ,因此 ,在打击黑社会性质的有组织犯罪的过程中 ,必须对其原因进行深入分析 ,保持清醒的认识 ,制定出切实有效的措施 ,从而对其进行强有力的打击。
