论我国农村城镇化的进程

从经济原理分析,工业化中期是人口向城镇聚集,工业高速发展,产业换代升级,农业、农村和农民进入快速裂变的阶段。然而,我国农村城镇化是在落后的传统农业基础上起步的,这使得我国农村城镇化的进程非常缓慢。要改变这种状况,必须按照党的十六届五中全会关于建设社会主义新农村的要求,遵循"生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主"的二十字目标,扎实推进社会主义新农村的建设,运用市场机制来实现我国农村城镇化、非农化的伟大战略转变,这是符合科学发展观的。
