| 摘 要： | 我国是一个历史悠久的文明古国,中华法系源远流长。但是,我国的法治建设却始于新中国的成立,从"人治"到"法制"再到"法治",我国的法治建设一路行来,经历了几多风雨,几多坎坷,在艰难中跋涉,在曲折中前进,已经取得的成就举世瞩目,但未来仍然任重而道远。全面落实依法治国基本方略,加快建设社会主义法治国家仍是全党全国人民为之不懈奋斗的伟大目标。
