| 摘 要： | 人民主权是人们一直追求着的社会政治文明的准则,体现了社会政治制度的本质。然而,实现真正意义上的人民主权,只有在社会主义制度建立以后,人民代表大会制度的确立,才在人类历史上第一次得到真正的体现。人民当家作主确立了人民是国家的主人,表明人民享有广泛的权利和自由,体现了社会主义政治文明。完善人民代表大会制度,是人民当家作主的可靠保证。

| Abstract: | People's sovereignty is the norm of social political civilization that people have been seeking for,which embodies the essence of the social political system. However, only after the system's setting up and people's congress system's establishment, true people's sovereignty is embodied actually in human history. People's mastering position ensures people are the masters of their own country, makes known that people enjoy wide rights and freedom and embodies socialist political civilization. Improving people's congress system is the reliable insurance of people becoming master of their own country. |
