On the Development of High Efficiency Eco-agriculture Under Jointly Control by Province and National Ministry of Science and Technology

Shandong Provincial Government and National Ministry of Science and Technology signed an agreement on co-construction of Yellow River Delta National Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Zone.Based on the study on local agricultural history,geographical location,environment and resource,Dongying High Efficiency Eco-agricultural Demonstration Zone is aiming at building a core area at the Yellow River Delta National Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Zone.Under the system of jointly construction by Shandong Province and National Ministry of Science and Technology,it will implement the policy of high-end planning by emphasizing on innovation in institutions and mechanisms.The policy and promotion system of jointly discussion and construction between Shandong Province and National Ministry of Science and Technology will be implemented firstly in this Demonstration Zone,in order to build a trans-regional and trans-area strategic association.Adjusting to the mode of developing modern agriculture led by modern service industry,it will explore and build a national leading mode for modern agriculture development in line with the international norms.
