| Abstract: | With the petroleum enterprise reorganization,restructuring and the joint stock company overseas listing,petroleum enterprise competitive environment has been fundamentally changed,petroleum enterprise culture needs to innovate urgently.Only to speed up the market mature,set up the humanistic ideas,regulate the system construction,build a modern enterprise culture and enhance competitiveness,petroleum enterprise can be successful forever in the economical globalization tide. |
