由罗建新维权一案探析我国公民权利意识的现状

当前伴随着社会主义市场经济以及民主制度的不断完善,公民的权利意识开始觉醒,行使并捍卫自己的权利成为公民引以为豪的事情。但由于受历史以及现实等诸多因素的制约,部分公民的权利意识依旧淡薄。因此,新时期,我们必须要从国家和公民自身两个角度出发,着力提高公民的权利意识,使其成为全面建设小康社会的重要推动力。

The Status Quo of the Civil Right Consciousness in China from the Case of LUO Jianxin

Nowadays has seen the awakening of civil right consciousness in China,with the development of socialist market economy and democratic system and Chinese citizens take pride in defending their civil rights.However,some are still at a low level because of historical and realistic factors.Efforts should be made to raise this consciousness both on the nation’s and citizens’ levels so that it can promote the construction of comprehensive well-off society.
