| 摘 要： | 公司是一系列利益关系的连接体。公司法旨在通过对各利益相关人行为的调整,达到以公司为核心的各种利益关系的协调发展。和谐因而成为公司法所追求的基本价值之一。公司法应特别注意公司与其他社会组织、公司与政府之间的关系的协调。明确公司与各利益相关人之间的权利与义务并尽量达到平衡,是公司法实现和谐价值的基本途径。

| Abstract: | Company is the connecting body of relationships among v arious entities. Company law aims at coordinative development of those relations hips with company's interests as the core through the adjustment of behaviors o f related entities. Therefore, harmony is one of basic values pursued by company law. Company law should stress on regulating relations between company and othe r social entities, and relations between company and government. The basic way t o realizes the harmony value of company law is to define and balance duties and rights between company and stakeholders. |
