| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的到来 ,我国加入WTO的步伐加快 ,企业间的竞争越来越激烈。企业的竞争既是产品的竞争 ,又是技术的竞争 ,但归根结底是人才的竞争。作为生产产品的职工群众 ,他们的技术水平如何将直接关系到产品的质量、企业的信誉。本文就当前职工技术水平方面存在的问题进行了客观而准确的分析 ,并针对这些问题提出对策性措施。
